If client only uses schedule, it would be good to have an option to hide Timesheet view or enable this module in order to avoid confusion among employees.

I would like to restrict employees from changing their workday start time. Currently, they have the ability to modify both the start and end times of their shifts. However, some employees are starting work earlier than necessary. It would be beneficial if we could allow them to change only the end time of their shifts, while keeping the start time fixed.

It would be useful to have a feature that allows managers to mark certain days as “busy work days” or “locked,” meaning employees wouldn’t be able to mark themselves as unavailable on those dates without prior discussion. This would help with planning around key events — for example, scheduled deep-cleaning days where full team participation is needed, or busy summer days when many want time off but we still need coverage. The goal is to bring back the moment of discussion before time-off is taken on critical days, instead of having it automatically accepted through the system.

I would like to ensure that employees cannot completely eliminate legally mandated breaks. This feature would help prevent the manipulation of break times to zero, which is essentially time theft. It would be beneficial to have a system in place that allows for exceptions in rare cases where breaks cannot be taken, and I would be willing to manually adjust these exceptions myself.

I, as a user, am facing a challenge where I cannot share my thoughts or important information on specific dates that are relevant to the entire team. Currently, there's no way for me to leave notes or annotations attached to these specific dates that could be visible to everyone working on that day.

When I add a sick‑leave entry and the system automatically removes the associated shifts, the originally planned shift hours for those days disappear from the history. Expected behavior: After adding sick leave (and removing the shifts), the system should retain and display the original planned shift hours in the historical records, so I can reference what was scheduled before the leave.

Current Problem: Editing shift start and end times on mobile devices currently requires scrolling/selecting via sliders or dropdown menus. This method is slow, cumbersome, and inefficient for quick edits. Proposed Solution: Allow employees to manually type start and end times directly into dedicated fields on mobile devices, enabling faster and more precise shift adjustments. User Story: As an employee, I want the ability to type in my shift’s start and end times directly on my mobile device so I can quickly and easily update my hours without scrolling through cumbersome menus or sliders. Benefits: Saves significant time and reduces frustration for users. Reduces errors from inaccurate slider selections. Improves overall user experience, especially for frequent shift updates.

Printing schedule is needed for example, in following cases. We have older people at work who don't use smartphones or can't conveniently see their working hours from there (numbers are small) and prefer to look at it in print. Some employees want to add the schedule to a place visible to the family (on the fridge with a magnet) so that the monthly schedule is visible to all family members. We also have disabled people at work, who in turn have to submit a schedule to their guardian/support person

It would be a great help to get user list cleaner, if there would be an option to delete suspended users.
