They add 30 minutes unbreak for full day (8h) shift but they do not want to add any unpaid for half day (4h) shift.
They asked, do they have to do it manually every time or can they save it somehow in the settings?

Automatically deduct 30 min unpaid breaks after eight hours of work time. When you schedule shifts, automation will add unpaid breaks to shifts exceeding eight hours of work time.
