As a user, I often find myself dealing with a cluttered 'people' page due to the presence of old employees who no longer work with us. It doesn't feel right that they remain there indefinitely for viewing. I would appreciate a feature that allows me to permanently remove these old employees from the 'people' page, helping to keep the interface clean and focused on current staff.
